Anker charger-not charge at all

If your charger cannot charge devices, please try the following troubleshooting tips to see if helpful:

 

For wall/desktop charger and car charger:

  • Unplug the charger from the outlet for 5 mins and without anything plugged into the charger itself to reset the charger.
  • Try another cable and a different outlet.
  • Try charging a different device.
 

For magnetic wireless charger:

  • Restart your phone and try again.
  • Charge the phone with its case off as it is incompatible with non-MagSafe phone case.
  • Use a different wall charger with 18W or higher output and another cable to pair with your wireless charger.
 

For non-magnetic wireless charger:

  • Restart your phone and try to charge the phone without the phone case.
  • Use a more powerful wall charger and another cable to power your wireless charger if there is no DC adapter came with your charger.
  • Try the charger with another wireless charging phone.
