Q1: What are the implications of proceeding with region partition for my account?
A1: Adopting the device-associated region ensures normal functionality:
  • Robotic Vacuum: Operates without interruption.
  • Wi-Fi Body Scale: Retains full functionality and historical data.
Declining migration (account region differs from device region):
  • Robotic Vacuum: Operation will be suspended.
  • Wi-Fi Body Scale: Bluetooth connectivity and historical data remain accessible, but Wi-Fi synchronization will be disabled. New measurements via Wi-Fi will disconnect from your account and populate the "Unlinked Data" repository.
 
Q2: What criteria determine my account region categorization?
A2: Regions are categorized as follows:
  • US Region (9 countries): US, CA, MX, BR, AR, CU, BS, AU, NZ.
  • European Region (27 countries): AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, SE, JP.
  • Ireland Region (Global): Remaining countries (e.g., UK, IN, SG).
 
Q3: Will historical data for shared devices be lost post-partition?
A3: Historical data is preserved in all scenarios:
  • eufy Clean: Data remains intact regardless of migration status, account login method, or device-sharing adjustments.
  • eufy Life:
    • Migration accepted: Full functionality and data retention.
    • Migration declined: Historical data retained, but Wi-Fi synchronization is terminated.
    • Note: Historical data syncing to new accounts is only permitted prior to partition.
 
Q4: Does region partition affect accounts for other eufy services (e.g., security)?
A4: No. Migration applies exclusively to eufy Clean and eufy Life data. Accounts for Security, Soundcore, Nebula, and other eufy platforms remain unaffected.
 
Q5: Is it possible to revise my partition selection after confirmation?
A5: No. Your decision is finalized upon confirmation via the secondary pop-up window. This action is irreversible.
 
Q6: When will the regional partition be implemented?
A6: Partition is scheduled for mid to late April 2025, following user feedback analysis. Please monitor in-app notifications for updates.
 
Q7: How can I retrieve partition details if the initial pop-up is dismissed?
A7: Access notifications via:
  • eufy Clean:
      <V.3.5.0: Profile > Messages > Notifications.
      >=V.3.5.0:Menu (top-left) > Messages .
  • eufy Life: Menu (top-left) > Notifications.

A8: No. Region categorization is based solely on your registered account location. All data is safeguarded by eufy’s encrypted storage protocols and GDPR-compliant security frameworks
