If your eufy Garage-Control Cam failed to update its firmware, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

1. Please check if the Garage-Control Cam is online in the eufy Security app.
2. Please verify your WiFi network is not experiencing any connectivity issues to the Internet.
3. Please check the Garage-Control Cam’s LED indicator light status.

• If the LED indicator light status is flashing red and blue alternately, this indicates the camera is currently updating. Please wait approximately 5 minutes before checking the camera status in the app again.
• If the LED indicator light status is turned off, please press the SYNC button on the camera to verify if its LED indicator light is flashing blue. If the LED indicator light is flashing blue, this indicates the camera is powered on; on the other hand, if the LED indicator light remains off, please check the wire connections.
