The E20 Robot's Buttons

The E20 robot vacuum is equipped with a Child Lock function to ensure the safety of children. The Child Lock function can be enabled or disabled via the following two methods:

The eufy App

1. Open the eufy app on your phone or tablet.
2. Go to the E20 robot's "Settings" screen.
3. Select "Robot Settings."
4. Enable or disable the "Child Lock" function.

The E20 Robot's Buttons

1. Press and hold the "Recharge" and "Start/Pause" buttons simultaneously for three seconds.
2. The Child Lock function will be enabled or disabled.

Note: When the Child Lock function is enabled, pressing any button on the robot will emit an audible "Child lock is activated" voice prompt to remind you that it is enabled.
