When connecting eufy RoboVac to WiFi via the eufy Clean app, you need to allow the location service to the eufy Clean app. Here are instructions about how to allow service location permission on different Android phones.

Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> eufy Clean app -> Permissions -> Location, enable location service. 

Samsung S21 Ultra

Settings -> Apps -> eufy Clean -> Permissions -> Location, enable location service. 

Google Pixel 3XL

Settings -> Apps & Notifications -> eufy Clean -> Permissions, enable location service.
