To set up your eufy Smart Safe S10, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1 -

Download the eufy Security app on your smartphone from either Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).

Note: The eufy Security app is compatible with Android phones running Android 8.0 or newer and iPhones running iOS 11 or newer.

Step 2 -

Please sign up for a new eufy Security account if you do not currently have an active eufy account, or sign in to your existing eufy Security account. Please visit Sign Up for a eufy Security Account for step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for a new account.

Step 3 -

Sign in to your eufy Security account and select the + icon to add a new device, then select eufy Smart Safe to start setting up your Smart Safe.

1. Select Add Device.
2. Select the Smart Safe.
3. Tap the connection icon between the Smart Safe and the router shown on the phone screen.
4. Scan the QR code located on the bottom of the Smart Safe.
5. Press and hold the SYNC button located inside the safe near the front panel for two seconds.
6. eufy Smart Safe will automatically connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth connection.
7. Select your 2.4GHz WiFi network and input the WiFi password.
8. Assign a name to the Smart Safe after it is successfully added in the app.
9. Create a Master PIN code to complete the setup process.
