What happens when you mark an item as lost?

1. You can create a message for the finder of your lost item to see. Your message may include your phone number or email address.
 

2. If someone finds your item, they can use a supported device to see your Lost Mode message.
 

Note: Apple's Find My app's lost mode is different from to eufy Security app's lost mode. When you enable Lost Mode, you need to fill in your contact information.

 

How can a finder view contact information when I enable Lost Mode on SmartTrack?

1. If someone finds SmartTrack, they can use their own phone to go to Apple's Find My app, scroll to the bottom of the Items tab, then tap Identify Found Item. Then they can follow the on-screen instructions to see your contact information and contact you.
 

2. If SmartTrack is lost and Lost Mode has been enabled, SmartTrack will not connect to your phone. If you want to test this feature, enable Lost Mode then turn off Bluetooth. Wait for 15 minutes and then you can test as though you had found the lost item.
