My eufy Smart Safe Is Offline
If your eufy Smart Safe appears offline in the eufy Security app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please verify your router can access the Internet without issues.
- Please make sure your 2.4GHz WiFi network has a strong and stable signal.
- Please make sure your Smart Safe is not installed at a place that cannot receive a strong and stable network connection from your 2.4GHz WiFi network.
- Please try to move the Smart Safe closer to your router, if possible.
- Please remove the Smart Safe from the eufy Security app and then set up the Smart Safe again as a new device.
If your eufy Smart Safe still remains offline, please contact us for assistance.
