Recordings Can’t Be Played After Adding My IndoorCam to Homebase 3

If the continuous recording of the indoor camera can’t be played as smoothly as before after the indoor camera connects to HomeBase 3, please make sure the HomeBase 3 is not in the Wifi repeater mode. 

 

Please know that the Wifi repeater mode might influence the play of continuous recording. When you want to enable the 7/24 recording of the indoor camera, it is recommended to make the HomeBase connect to the router with an Ethernet.

 

You can check the Wifi connection mode in the app (HomeBase Settings> General> Connection). Our engineers are working hard to improve it. All eufy team members will make every effort to achieve a better user experience in the future.
