Video Doorbell C31/C30: What should I do if the doorbell is offline?

If your doorbell is offline, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

  1. Battery Level: Ensure the doorbell's battery level is sufficient. Charge the doorbell if the battery level is too low.

  2. Ring Button: Press and release the ring button. If the LED indicator does not light up, open the eufy app and set the doorbell to the “On” position in Doorbell Settings.

  3. Relocation: If you recently moved the doorbell to another location, try placing it closer to the HomeBase.

  4. Re-add the Doorbell: Remove the offline doorbell from the eufy app and then add it again.

  5. HomeBase Connection: Check if your HomeBase is disconnected from the router. The LED indicator on the HomeBase should display a solid blue light; if the indicator is a red light, it indicates that the HomeBase cannot connect to the Internet.
