If the Video Doorbell Dual (Batter-Powered) is offline in the eufySecurity app, please try the following troubleshooting:
-Make sure the LED indicator on the HomeBase that is connected to the Video Doorbell Dual and the Internet is showing a solid blue light.
-Make sure the HomeBase is not close to a wall/corner or the ceiling.
-Charge the doorbell for 2 hours and add it to the app again by navigating to Main Page > Security >Add Device > Scan QR code.
-Make sure there are no obstacles around the Homebase and the distance between the HomeBase and the doorbell does not exceed 30m, and try to move the HomeBase closer to the doorbell to verify if the issue can be resolved.
-Save all important videos from the Eufy App to your phone, then remove the doorbell in the app and set it up again as a new device by navigating to Main Page > Security >Add Device > Scan QR code.
