When manually initiating the dust collection operation using the eufy Clean app, you may find that the Self-Empty Station is not working as expected. Simultaneously, a pop-up window appears on the app, and a voice prompt announces: "The Self-Empty Station's Suction Fan is Cooling. Please Try Dust Collection Later".

 

The root cause of this issue is caused by the Self-Empty Station's fan overheating. To prevent overheating due to frequent dust collection, the underlying logic restricts dust collection to a maximum of three times within 15 minutes. Therefore, this error may occur when dust collection operations are frequently performed within a short time period.

 

Solution: To resolve this issue, it is recommended to limit the frequency of dust collection operations. Allow the Self-Empty Station's fan to cool down for at least 15 minutes before initiating another round of dust collection. This will not only prevent the Self-Empty Station fan from overheating but also ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your X8 Pro SES.
