What if my RoboVac stops with Error 1? (for L35/LR30 series and LR20)

What Caused Voice Alert: Error 1?

Error 1 is triggered when the front bumper gets stuck by debris.

 

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 1?

Please try the following:

- Make sure RoboVac's firmware has been updated to the latest version-V.2.2.0000.

( Please go to the Main cleaning page, click the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the page and you will be able to find the "Firmware Update" option at the bottom of the screen. Please click the "Firmware Update" option to verify if there is a new firmware update that is available for your RoboVac.)

- Tap/pull/shake the bumper with slight force to dislodge any debris that may have been stuck underneath the bumper and make sure the bumper is flexible/can spring back.

-Set a No-go zone around the area that the RoboVac seems to often get stuck at.
