If you cannot add your eufyCam S3 Pro to the app, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

  1. Remove the plastic film from the camera lens.
  2. Confirm that you have pressed and held the SYNC button on the eufyCam S3 Pro for at least two seconds until you hear a beeping sound. Please charge the camera first if you do not hear a beeping sound and the LED indicator does not blink.
  3. Check if your HomeBase 3 has Internet access. Please note that the LED indicator on the HomeBase 3 should display a solid blue light.
  4. Keep the camera and HomeBase 3 within 3.3ft / 1m when pairing the camera to the HomeBase 3.
