If you cannot find your SmartTrack Card/Link using your phone, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • If the SmartTrack Card/Link is out of the phone’s Bluetooth range, please walk around with the phone to reconnect it to the device.

  • Please keep the phone's Bluetooth enabled while you search for the  SmartTrack Card/Link.

  • Enable the “Lost Mode” feature, so other users can contact you when they find your SmartTrack Card/Link.
