Please note that when the E25/E28 robot crosses a threshold, its front elevates, leading to higher ground clearance that triggers the robot's ground detection mechanism. To prevent the E25/E28 robot from falling down the stairs, thresholds over 21mm are generally impassable.

If your home has thresholds exceeding 21mm, it is recommended to use a threshold ramp to assist the E25/E28 robot in crossing these thresholds smoothly.
