What Caused Voice Alert: Error 18 / Error 19?

Error 18 / Error 19 is triggered when the Laser cover or Laser sensor gets stuck by debris or covered by a curtain. 

 

How Do I Fix Voice Alert: Error 18 / Error 19?

Firstly, please confirm whether your RoboVac L70 Hybrid can still vacuuming the floors and dock despite the error. 

 

Please try the following:

  • Confirm whether the lidar spins as usual while the vacuum is working.
  • Clean the laser sensors with a clean dry cloth and get any small debris out with a manual vacuum if possible. Make sure nothing gets stuck in the lidar section and if you tap the white cover with a eufy logo on it it can spring back. Lift the cover a little bit to see if it helps.

  • Power off by holding the start button until you hear the voice alert, after 5 minutes, turn it back on by holding the start button.
  • If the above does not help, you can reset the vacuum to the factory settings to have a try.

If the issue happens at the same place, which might be related to the actual environment, please send us a photo of the surroundings where the voice alerts occur.
