What should I do if my S1 Pro cannot connect to WiFi?

If your S1 Pro cannot connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please check the following common causes:

  1. The WiFi password is incorrect.
  2. The Internet connection may be interrupted.
  3. The robot may be too far from the router or phone, resulting in a weak WiFi signal.
  4. Please note that the robot can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network.

Please refer to the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Verify the WiFi Password: Ensure that the WiFi password entered is correct. You can copy the password from your phone's WiFi settings or try to connect the robot to a hotspot created by your phone to check if it can connect without issues.
  2. Check Signal Strength: Make sure that the robot, router, and phone are close to each other to ensure a strong WiFi signal.
  3. Switch to a 2.4GHz WiFi Network: The robot can only connect to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If your home network is set to the 5GHz band, please switch to the 2.4GHz band.
  4. Reset WiFi Settings: If all the above steps have been checked and the robot still cannot connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network, please try resetting the robot's WiFi settings. Press and hold the Reset button (shown in the following photo) on the robot for five seconds until the WiFi LED indicator blinks or an audible beep is heard, indicating a successful reset. Then, attempt to connect the robot to WiFi again.

Note: Before making any changes, please check your WiFi network to ensure the connection is stable and other electronic devices in your home can connect to your 2.4GHz WiFi network without issues. You can also refer to the video link below:
