What should I do if my S1 Pro emits an unpleasant odor when it is working?
 

If you smell an unpleasant odor while using your robot, please refer to the following common causes and solutions to resolve the issue.

 
  1. Clean the Dirty Water Tank
  • Remove the dirty water tank from the robot.
  • Detach and separate the robot water tank and the robot water tank filter.
  • Use cleaning tools to scrub the robot water tank and water tank filter. Then, thoroughly rinse the inside of the dirty water tank.
  • Use a dry cloth to dry the dirty water tank or air-dry it before reinstalling it into the robot.
 
  1. Wash the Roller Mop
  • Remove the roller mop from the robot.
  • Soak the roller mop in hot water for five minutes. Do not add any cleaning solution.
  • Reattach the roller mop to the robot.
  • Activate the robot's Mop-washing function.
  • Ensure the roller mop is completely dry before using the robot again.
 
  1. Clean the Dustbin
  • Remove the dustbin from the robot.
  • Use cleaning tools to brush both sides of the dustbin filter and the high-performance filter.
  • Clean the inside of the dustbin and ensure all components are cleaned thoroughly.
  • Ensure the dustbin is completely dry before placing it back into the robot.
 
  1. Clean the Base Station
  • Remove and clean the base station's filter tray and dirty water tank.
 

Additional Notes

  • Please use only eufy Cleaning Solution to achieve optimal cleaning results and prolong your robot's lifespan.
  • Set the drying level to standard to ensure thorough drying.
  • If the robot is cleaning a large area, it is suggested to enable the Mid-cleaning Rinse function to enhance the robot's cleaning results.
