Despite setting the Smart Display E10 to remain on at all times, the screen will still turn off when the following scenarios occur:

• When the Power button is pressed while the screen is locked.

• When the Smart Display E10 is not connected to a power source, it will automatically lock and turn off the screen according to the Screen Timeout settings.
