This issue usually happens when the roller brush is stuck by an object or clogged by hairs.

Please confirm whether the vacuum shows an indicator light that is flashing red and white alternately when the pet motorized brush fails to work. If so, please confirm:

1. Whether the roller brush is clogged by debris or hairs etc. If so, clean it with the cleaning tool that came with the H30 and then try again.

2. Whether the vacuum was working on rugs/carpets (thicker than 20mm).

If the issue persists, please contact us and send us a video showing the problem, circumstances when the issue happens, the status of the roller brush, and the indicator lights if there are any.

*Note: If the Pet Motorized brush is installed while the vacuum is turned on, the brush does not spin due to the vacuum's safety mechanism.
