Why is there a long delay when my eufy S220 SoloCam plays the live stream?

If you are experiencing a delay when your eufy S220 SoloCam is playing the live stream, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.

 
  • Please make sure your smartphone has a strong cellular network signal or it is connected to a stable WiFi network.
  • Please verify the signal strength of your S220 SoloCam in the eufy Security app. If the camera has a weak WiFi signal strength, please try to either mount your S220 SoloCam closer to the router or move the router closer to the camera.
