How to Enable Video Verification
What is Video Verification?
Video Verification is an advanced security feature available to eufy Standard and Premium subscribers. When an alarm is triggered, eufy’s 24/7 professional monitoring center can access authorized camera feeds to visually confirm whether the threat is real (e.g., an intruder) or a false alarm (e.g., a pet).

How It Works
1️⃣ Alarm Triggered – Motion/door sensors detect activity.
2️⃣ Live Video Review – Monitoring agents check authorized cameras (e.g., Front Door Solar Cam).
3️⃣ Verified Action – Confirmed threats trigger immediate dispatch; false alarms are canceled.
How to Enable Video Verification

Open the eufy App → Go to "Monitoring Profile" → "Camera Monitoring".

Toggle "Video Verification" ON (blue = active).

Select specific cameras to authorize (e.g., Front Door Solar Cam).

Tap "Done" to save

No Storage – Footage isn’t saved by the monitoring center.
