Do I need to install any drivers to use this hub?

No, this hub is plug-and-play; no software/driver is required.

Can I connect a monitor to the USB C port via this hub?

No, we regret to inform you that the USB C ports on this hub do not support video output. It only supports 10 Gbps data transfer.

Is the USB-C PD port support display or phone charging?

No. It only supports laptop charging when connecting an extra charger via this PD port. And the maximum input watts is 100W. Even though you connect a 140W charger, the hub only supports 100W input. Due to the hub will consume 15W, the real charging watts for the laptop is 85W.

Can I use another longer USB C to USB C cable to replace the included USB C cable?

Another lower version cable is not recommended as it will affect the hub's performance. Please use the included USB-C cable.

Is it compatible with MacBooks?

No, it is not compatible with MacBooks.
