A4: For long-term storage, please charge and discharge Solarbank once every 3 months. That is, discharge the product to 20% first, and then recharge it to 80%.

Q5: How can I clean my Solarbank that is mounted on the floor?

A5: Use a cotton cloth and water to clean. Do not use steel wool or other hard materials for cleaning.
