eufy users have the ability to donate recorded videos in the eufy Baby app to serve the following purposes:

• Share videos of your baby’s precious moments.
• Provide further information for us and developers to resolve issues you are experiencing, such as video quality or audio issues.

If you would like to donate a video recording to eufy, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Launch the eufy Baby app and select the Activity tab located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2

Select and play a video that you would like to donate to eufy.

Step 3

Select the Donate button located at the bottom of the screen.

Step 4

Fill out your reasons for donating the video and select the Confirm button to donate your video.
