When installing/adding expansion batteries to Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus, it is necessary to power off and shut down the system to protect yourself and the machine. Performing this operation while powered can damage the machine. Please follow the steps below for proper installation:

1. Disconnect Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus and the solar panels.

2. Press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn off the power.

3. After turning off Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus, install the expansion batteries to Solarbank 2 E1600 Pro/Plus.

4. Connect solar panels for normal use.
