Tip 1: Close the APP directly from the APP drawer of your mobile device.
Tip 2: When the Bluetooth light is always on, long press the IoT button, and Bluetooth will re-broadcast to search for the device.
Detailed Procedure:
- Turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile device. It should be in the Bluetooth range.
- Ensure the powerhouse's Bluetooth is not connected to any other device. Try to turn off the Bluetooth of other nearby devices.
- Make sure the Bluetooth white light of the power station is blinking. It means Bluetooth is ready to connect and search devices. (you can achieve it by pressing and holding the Bluetooth button of power station for 2-3 seconds)
- Turn on the Anker Powerstation APP, and try to connect it from there.
- If it cannot be connected, open the mobile device's settings and search the 767 power station to authorize and connect it manually. After it is connected manually, open the APP, and it should also show the 767 powerhouse icon lit.
- If you still cannot connect it, try to forget the “767 power station” in the BlueTooth settings of your mobile device and repeat the above procedure again.
