Why does the 0W switch show Connecting in the Anker app?

Solarbank E1600 requires the 0W switch to achieve 0 W output only when working with non-MI80 microinverters. In other words, MI80 microinverters do not require the 0W switch.

When photovoltaic power generation is normal, the 0W switch is also working properly. In this condition, if the 0W switch has established a Bluetooth connection with Solarbank E1600, the indicator of the 0W switch is solid white. On the Solarbank page of the Anker app, the 0W switch is black (online).

The 0W switch is grayed out (offline) under two conditions:

1. If the Bluetooth connection between the 0W switch and Solarbank E1600 is normal initially but disconnected later, the indicator of the 0W switch flashes white once, indicating that it is waiting for Bluetooth connection to be repaired. In this condition, the state of the 0W switch is grayed out (offline) on the Solarbank page of the Anker app.

2. When there is no sunlight, the "Family Load Setting" is set to 0. In this condition, the 0W switch is not powered and its indicator is off. On the Solarbank page of the Anker app, the 0W switch is grayed out (offline), which is normal.
