• Try another device.

If your iPhone gets hot when attached to the Magnetic battery, please try the following tips:

• Try another phone. Please note only iPhone 12/13/14 series or above phones support Magnetic wireless charging.
• Make sure your iPhone is with a Magnetic phone case or without a phone case while charging. 
• Avoid recharging the battery and charging the iPhone at the same time.
