Why Can't My Magnetic Power Bank Charge Wirelessly?
The Anker Magnetic Wireless Battery is compatible with iPhones that have Apple's MagSafe, starting from the iPhone 12 series onward. Simply attach your Anker MagGo to the back of an iPhone 12 or newer model to charge it wirelessly.
The product is not compatible with iPhone 11 or earlier models, even with third-party MagSafe cases. Anker advises against using this product with any brands other than the iPhone 12, 13, and 14 series.
Due to the inconvenient size of iPhone mini models, it is also not recommended for use with iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini models.
