Please note all Anker portable charger warranties are automatically documented in our system, therefore, it is not necessary to register your portable charger to file a warranty claim. If your Anker portable charger has any quality-related issues, simply reach out to the Anker customer support team for assistance.
When filing a warranty claim, please describe the issue of your portable charger in detail. For example, the portable charger does not recharge, the portable charger does not charge other devices, etc.
Once you are able to provide a detailed description, Anker customer support team will be able to provide troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue.
However, If troubleshooting steps are unable to resolve the issue, please provide us with the following information:
- A screenshot or PDF file of the invoice confirming the order number of your purchase.
- For online orders: Please find the order number in your order history.
- For offline orders:Take a photo of the receipt, or contact the store for a copy of the receipt.
- For gifts from family members or friends: Please ask the gift giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt.
- Your current valid shipping address.
- The defective product’s serial number that is located on the portable charger. The serial number consists of digits and characters, such as SN: ABC123XXX. If you are unable to locate the serial number, please take a photo of the product itself with the Anker logo showing.
After you have obtained all of the needed information, please contact us to file your warranty claim.
