Anker Nano Charger (70W, 3 Ports) FAQ

Q1: What should I do if the charging power does not reach 70W when using multiple ports?

A1: To resolve this, first use the USB-C1 port to charge your laptop. Make sure the device supports up to 70W input and PD 20V⎓3.5A or PPS 4.5 - 21V⎓3.5A. Then, verify the cable is rated 70W or higher. If all of the above are met, check the device's battery level. Many devices draw close to 70W at low battery, then reduce power as the battery fills, entering Trickle Charge Mode. This is normal, and the output will not remain at 70W continuously.

Q2: What should I do if low-current devices cannot be fully charged?

A2: This charger supports low-current devices from mainstream brands (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Huawei). However, for niche devices like electric shavers or hearing aids, we recommend using the USB-A port alone for a better charging experience.

Q3: What should I do if the charging icon on my MacBook is delayed?

A3: When first connected, macOS may show a plug icon in the battery indicator while the power output ramps up. After about one minute, the icon will switch to a lightning bolt. This behavior is normal when charging a MacBook with a third-party wall charger, and charging will continue as expected without any issues.

Q4: What should I do if my laptop charges slowly when using multiple ports?

A4: For laptops that require 65W or more, a "Charging Slowly" notification may appear when multiple ports are in use. To achieve full charging speed, it is recommended to use a single USB-C port (C1) when powering laptops with a 65W or higher power requirement.

Q5: What should I do if a specific charging protocol is not supported?

A5:This charger supports widely used protocols including QC, PD, UFCS, and PPS. However, proprietary protocols other than SCP are not supported.
