📌The hub is only compatible with laptops that have a USB-C port supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode and Power Delivery.

❓3. Can I connect a monitor to the USB-C port on this hub?

📌The USB-C port on this hub does not support video output. It is designed for 5 Gbps data transfer only.

❓4. Can I use another extension cable to extend the included USB-C cable?

📌We advise against using an extension cable with this hub. Using one may lead to compatibility issues and a decrease in performance.

📌The USB-C PD port is exclusively designed for laptop charging, with a maximum input of 100W. Note that even if you connect a 140W charger, the hub will only support 100W input. Considering the hub’s 20W operation power, the effective charging power for the laptop is 80W.

📌Unfortunately, macOS and iPadOS devices, when connected to multiple monitors through this hub, only support screen mirroring (Single-Stream Transport mode). In contrast, Windows supports both Single-Stream Transport (SST) and Multi-Stream Transport (MST) modes, allowing for different displays on multiple monitors.
