Data Transfer Issues for USB-A/USB-C/Thunderbolt 3/Thunderbolt 4 Ports

  • If the first tip does not resolve the issue, confirm whether the device works normally without the hub, and try a different USB-A/USB-C device to determine whether it works normally when connected to the hub.
  • Finally, confirm if the hub's LED light is on when it's connected to a laptop, and try using a different hub to see whether the problem persists.
