2K HDMI Port and DisplayPort Cannot Be Displayed On Screen for Anker 563 Dock
If you are using Anker 563 and the 2K HDMI port and DisplayPort cannot be displayed on the screen, try the troubleshooting steps provided below:
- Confirm if you have downloaded the DisplayLink for this dock. https://www.synaptics.com/products/displaylink-graphics/downloads
- Confirm if you turned on the "Screen Recording Permission" of the laptop when installing the DisplayLink.
- If you are using a Mac laptop, try resetting SMC. Test the dock with a different laptop that has a USB-C port supporting DP Alt Mode and a different HDMI (DP) cable/monitor.
- Try a USB-C to HDMI (DP) cable to connect your M1 MacBook and each of your monitors directly without the dock to see if the issue persists.
- Verify that all devices are firmly attached.
- Renew the OS into the latest version if your laptop is MacBook with the M1 chip.
