Troubleshooting:
Turn off the cooler, then turn it on, and set the temperature below the temperature of the surroundings to check if the compressor works or not.
Warranty:
The warranty for Anker EverFrost Powered Cooler warranty is only available in the country or region where you purchased it. We provide a 2-year full device warranty and a 3-year compressor warranty.
