Does not charge at all:
- Try another cable/wall plug and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
The built-in magnetic charging pad does not work:
- Make Sure that your device is the iPhone 12 and 13 series.
- Remove the phone case to see if it helps.
- Restart your phone.
- Try another wall outlet.
iPhone 12/13 series gets hot when using the magnetic pad:
It is normal if the phone gets a little hot when charging.
- Check if it is too hot to touch or just a little warm.
- Confirm if you are using the phone at the same time.
- Check the phone’s battery level and if a phone case is on (see what happens when you take the case off).
- Check if the USB port and AC port are in use.
Noise issue:
- Confirm whether you hear the noise during the day or night? At what distance from the charging station can you hear the noise?
- Try another cable, wall outlet, and device.
- Check the battery level and if these are in use: AC port, USB port, and magnetic pad.
USB ports do not work:
- Try another cable and a different outlet.
- Try charging a different device.
- Check if the model of your device is incompatible, such as iPhone XR.
- Please provide the device list and battery level of your devices connected to this charging station, including the device model and which port was used.
- When charging the devices through the defective USB port, are there other devices connected to the charging station? If yes, please unplug other devices to see if it helps.
Intermittent Charging of an iPad with iOS 15.1 and above system through the USB-C port:
(iPads using iOS 15.1 and above may experience charging troubles)
- Try to plug and unplug the cable.
- Try the item on a different device (like your phone) and cable.
- Try the charging station in other outlets and restart the iPad.
- Try to charge the iPad from the AC ports of the charging station with an Apple wall charger and cable.
