What should I do if my Anker power strip (with a reset hole) stops working?

When the Anker power strip (with a reset hole) is completely not working, you can try the following suggestions to see whether they can help:

  • Try using a small tool like a SIM card opener to reset the device (see the following picture)

  • Press the switch several times to confirm if the switch is functioning or not.
  • Try another cable/wall plug and a different outlet.
  • Try charging a different device. If this works, it’s most likely because the power strip was overloaded, which caused it to shut down. Try unplugging some of your high-power devices to stop this from happening again.

If all of the above tips cannot help you resolve the problem, please directly contact us for further assistance. Please briefly mention the tips you already tried so that a solution will be provided faster.
