What should I do if the AC outlets on my Anker power strip (with a reset hole) stop working?

If the AC outlets of your Anker Power Strip (with a reset hole) stop working, but the USB ports still work, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Try using a small tool like a SIM card opener to reset the device (refer to the following picture).

  • Try another known working wall outlet
  • Confirm you have pressed the power switch

If this works, it’s most likely because the power strip was overloaded, which caused it to shut down. Try unplugging some of your high-power devices to stop this from happening again.

If all of the above tips cannot help you resolve the problem, please directly contact us for further assistance. Please briefly mention the tips you already tried so that a solution will be provided faster.
