What should I do if the foldable prongs feel loose or occasionally fold in?（A120M）
The charger uses a 180° dual-angle foldable-prong design. The prong locking structure has passed a 10.6 oz (300 g) hanging-load test in four directions on both sides and should not loosen or fold in during normal use.
Make sure the prongs are fully extended and locked in place before plugging the charger straight into the outlet. You can also try another wall outlet to rule out a loose outlet grip.
