The charger supports up to 65W maximum output, but the actual charging power depends on the connected device and its charging requirements.
Samsung devices may reduce charging power as the battery level increases to help protect battery health. This is part of the device's normal charging behavior and does not indicate a charger issue.
If charging power seems lower than expected, try the following:
- Drain the device battery below 20%, let it rest for 1 - 2 hours, then try charging again.
- Keep the phone screen off during charging and avoid running high-power apps that may affect charging speed.
- Check the charging port for debris or dirt and gently clean it with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth if needed.
- Try a different charging cable.
If the issue continues, please provide:
- Your device model (for example, Samsung Galaxy S24 or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra).
- A video showing the charger charging your device so we can help identify the issue.
