What to do if my AC Power gets hot?

When charging other devices, it is normal for the Power Strip to get a little warm, but it is abnormal if it gets too hot.

Please ensure the devices you've plugged in should not exceed the maximum output of the power strip. You can find the output of the AC outlets in the User Manual.

Then try only charging one device to see if the issue remains. Please also check if the issue remains with the different battery levels of your device.

If all the steps above cannot help you locate and resolve the problem, please contact us for further assistance. Briefly mention the steps that you’ve already tried for a faster solution.
