Power Strip does generate a faint noise during operation, but too much or abnormal noise may indicate that something is wrong.
Please try the following troubleshooting tips to see if they are helpful or not:
Try another cable, wall outlet, and devices
Try your devices at different battery levels
For Anker Prime 6-in-1 Charging Station, please also try the following:
Check (or take a photo) the total power display on the screen.
Check if the noise persists if charging a small appliance such as a smartphone
