What to do if the AC outlets of my Anker Power Strip are too tight?

Please know that there are child-friendly internal safety shutters in some of our power strips. If the AC outlets are too tight and you can not plug your device into the power strip, please try the following troubleshooting tips to see if they are helpful or not:

-Plug and unplug the devices that can be plugged in several times to see if the AC outlets will be a little bit looser.

-Plug the chargers vertically to see if these plugs can be plugged in.

- Try different plugs.

If all of the steps above cannot help you locate and resolve the problem, please contact us for further assistance. Briefly mention the steps that you’ve already tried for a faster solution.
