Why is the top AC outlet on the Anker Nano Power Strip (10-in-1, 70W, Clamp) stiff or not springing back?
Compared to other AC outlets, the top outlet includes a dust cover and spring mechanism. Some resistance during initial use is normal. Plug and unplug a device about 10 times to help the spring mechanism operate more smoothly and reduce insertion resistance.
