What should I do if the wireless charger does not charge my phone?

The indicator on the wireless charger often flashes when the wireless charger detects a foreign object, such as a metal attachment or an incompatible phone or phone case; additionally, it could also be the power supply has a low voltage. Please refer to the following troubleshooting tips that may help locate and resolve the problem:

 
  • Please ensure the device being charged does support wireless charging.
  • Reboot your phone and then try again.
  • Charge the phone with its case removed since bulky cases or cases with metal components could interfere with charging.
  • Try a powerful wall charger (9V/2A) and cable. 
  • Place the phone at the center of the wireless charger if it’s a wireless charging pad.
