Anker 10K Capacity Power Banks' Common Issues

1. Product discharge quickly when in use for all 10K Power Banks:

External batteries normally give only 60%-70% of their capacity to other devices. Approximately 30% of the battery capacity is used up by the powerbank itself for the circuitry to actually generate the charge to the device it's trying to charge. These efficiency problems affect all electronic devices no matter which brand you are using, and a fully recharged Anker PowerCore Fusion 10K shall generally be able to give only 2 charges to an iPhone 12 with a 2815 mAh battery. The usable capacity is 6000 mAh.

If the above reason is not justifying the current efficiency of your powerbank, then please try another cable and devices/phones.

2. Product discharges quickly when not in use, please try:

- If you plug a USB-C to Lightning cable into the PD port of the PowerCore when not in use? Please note that the lightning to USB C cable includes a special chip, which this PowerCore will detect, and the Type C port of the PowerCore will continue to output

-Please try recharging the battery to full, then unplug any cable from the PowerCore for several days to see if it helps

3. Product can not recharging itself issue, please try:

- Another wall charger/plug

- Another cable/wire

- Another wall outlet

4. If this PowerCore cannot charge other devices, please try:

- Another known working cable
- Other phones/devices

5. Product charges abnormally or indicators behave abnormally, please try:

- Reset the powerbank by plugging both ends of the cable into the input and output port of the battery at the same time for 3-5 seconds

- Recharge and discharge the battery again to see if everything works properly

- Trying a different wall charger, cable, and different device.

6. Anker 313 Power Bank 10K (A1229) does not charge at all or stop working:

Please note that the USB-C port of this powerbank is just an input port you cannot use to charge other devices. Make sure to use the USB-A port to charge your iPhone and other devices. If the issue is with the USB A port, please try another cable and phones.

7. Product charges abnormally or the indicator is abnormal, please try:

- Reset the powerbank by plugging both ends of the cable into the input and output port of the battery at the same time for 3-5 seconds.

- Recharge and discharge the battery again to see if everything works properly.

- Trying a different wall charger, cable, and different device.
