Normal situations that may prevent charging
-
Some devices have a minimum charging power requirement, which is common with laptops. If the charger's maximum output is lower than the device's minimum charging power requirement, it may not charge the device properly.
-
When multiple ports are used at the same time, the power available to each port is limited. For details, please check the charger's multi-port power distribution rules.
-
The USB-C3 port supports only 5V output, with a maximum output of 15W. It cannot charge high-power devices.
How to check for a possible issue
-
Check whether there is any debris or dirt inside the port that may block the connection. Gently clean the port with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
-
Leave the charger unplugged for 5 minutes. Do not plug it into a wall outlet or connect anything to the charger during this time. This will reset the charger and may resolve the issue.
-
Try charging your device through one port at a time without using the other ports. Please test each port.
-
Try using different 5A charging cables to charge different devices.
-
Try a different wall outlet.
