Anker Nano Universal Charger (4-in-1, 100W, Smart Display) Slow Charging / Low Power Output

Why charging power may be lower than expected

  • When your device battery is nearly full, charging power will decrease. This is because the battery management system automatically adjusts the current to prevent overcharging and help protect battery life.

  • After charging for a period of time, the charging power may gradually decrease to help prevent overheating and protect the battery.

  • When multiple ports are used at the same time, the power available to each port is limited. For details, please refer to the charger's multi-port power distribution rules. In particular, the USB-C3 and USB-A ports share the same circuit, so they can only share 15W of charging power when used at the same time.

  • Some original chargers can reach higher power levels because they use proprietary charging protocols. This charger does not support every brand's proprietary charging protocols, so it may not reach the maximum charging power specified by the device manufacturer.

How to confirm whether the charger is working normally

  • Discharge the device to below 20%, let it sit for 1 - 2 hours, then charge it again.

  • Try charging the device using one port only, without using any other ports. Try both the USB-C1 and USB-C2 (100W) ports.

  • Try using a known-working 5A charging cable.
